Career Development Process

There are many steps that individuals will take during the career process and it is helpful to remember that we all progress at our own pace and often will return to revisit steps we had traveled through earlier. Some have referred to this process as a journey, but it's a life-long journey with more than one destination point.

In general, there are four major steps that we pass through on our journey toward a career.
