The Hartford Insurance Company is hiring now for our underwriting trainee program for multiple locations. The Commercial Underwriting trainee program is designed to segue new college graduates into the business world.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong sales and marketing skills
• High energy self-starter, good decision maker with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Satisfactory completion of standard pre-employment assessment
