Assistant Director Research, Evaluation and Pupil Accounting

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required. Major emphasis in the area of administration, leadership, staff development, evaluation and measurement or a related area acceptable to the Superintendent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience as a school administrator, consultant or supervisor in research, evaluation, testing, assessment, information and data-collection systems, planning, organization development, administration, leadership, and/or computer applications to all of the above
• Evidence of successful experience as a classroom teacher, consultant, or similar experience in pupil accounting, school improvement, evaluation services, or research
• Demonstrated leadership through active participation in the field at the local, state, and/or national level
