Logistics Sales Associate

Job Summary:

• To assist Traffic Coordinator in locating qualified carriers for shipments that meets & exceeds customer's expectations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to be a self-starter, requiring minimal supervision

• Ability to function in a team based environment

• Ability to make decisions and take appropriate action

• Ability to communicate effectively with an emphasis of speaking on the telephone

• Strong PC skills including, but not limited to: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access

• Ability to be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment

• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and document/maintain a variety of records

• Ability to take job orders from Supervisor

• Must have a Bachelors Degree and/or relevant experience in the trucking industry
